Fast Read Single Block
On receiving the Fast Read Single Block command, the M24LR04E-R reads the requested
block and sends back its 32-bit value in the response. The Option_flag is supported. The
data rate of the response is multiplied by 2.
The Protocol_extension_flag should be set to 0 for the M24LR04E-R to operate correctly.
The subcarrier_flag should be set to 0, otherwise the M24LR04E-R answers with an error
code.
