SPECIFICATIONS
The measurements are performed at TA = 25°C with 0 dBm external reference at 50 MHz when VVPOS1_VCO = VVPOS2_PLL = VVPOS3_CP =
VVPOS4_IF = 5 V, RF input power = −40 dBm, and PLL loop filter bandwidth = 60 kHz with 45° of phase margin, unless otherwise noted.
