VDD_USB must respect the following conditions: - When VDD is powered-on (VDD < VDD_min), VDD_USB should be always lower than VDD. - When VDD is powered-down (VDD < VDD_min), VDD_USB should be always lower than VDD. - In operating mode, VDD_USB could be lower or higher VDD. - If the USB is not used, VDD_USB must range from VDD_min to VDD_max to be able to use PA11 and PA12 as standard I/Os. - If the USB is not used and PA11/PA12 are not used as standard I/Os, VDD_USB must be connected to a VSS or VDD power supply voltage (VDD_USB must not be left floating). 3. To sustain a voltage higher than VDD+0.3V, the internal pull-up/pull-down resistors must be disabled. 4. If TA is lower, higher PD values are allowed as long as TJ does not exceed TJ max (see Table 82: Thermal characteristics on page 124). |
