Low Current/Local Sense Configuration (4200-LC-LS-XX)

The Low Current/Local Sense switch configuration is built using the Keithley 7072 Semiconductor Matrix Card, which is designed for semiconductor

applications requiring good quality I-V and C-V signals. The configuration provides eight instrument inputs with up to 72 output pins with less than 1

pA offset current.
