21 / 133 page  STM32F302xx/STM32F303xx Functional overview Doc ID 023353 Rev 5 21/133 3.12.3 VBAT battery voltage monitoring This embedded hardware feature allows the application to measure the VBAT battery voltage using the internal ADC channel ADC_IN17. As the VBAT voltage may be higher than VDDA, and thus outside the ADC input range, the VBAT pin is internally connected to a bridge divider by 2. As a consequence, the converted digital value is half the VBAT voltage. 3.12.4 OPAMP reference voltage (VOPAMP) Every OPAMP reference voltage can be measured using a corresponding ADC internal channel: VOPAMP1 connected to ADC1 channel 15, VOPAMP2 connected to ADC2 channel 17, VOPAMP3 connected to ADC3 channel 17, VOPAMP4 connected to ADC4 channel 17. |
