Complete lines which fall outside the window of interest are replaced in the output data

frame with lines of blanking data thus the overall frame length is

not reduced.

The portion of the output line which contains video data is reduced in length to contain only

those pixels defined by the window of interest. However the

overall line length remains

unchanged as the number of interline clocks increases by the same amount.
