Suspend Request Interrupt. This bit is set when the NET2270 detects a USB
Suspend request from the host. The Suspend Request state cannot be set or cleared
by writing this bit. Instead, writing a 1 to this bit puts the NET2270 into the low-
power suspend mode (see section 7.1.1).
