Configures fixed time blanking interval tOLP for open loop protection (OLP)
and sense resistor protection. The value is an unsigned integer in the range

Sample internal temperature sensor at a slower rate when not in internal
overtemperature state (iOTP fault state). Recommended to set bit
IOTP_SAMP to sample slow.
