If P3M[1]=0:

P33 is Low.

P33 is High.

If P3M[1]=1 or SMR4[4]=1:

SMR condition exists.

SMR condition does not exist.

If P3M[1]=0:

P32 input is Low.

P32 input is High.

If P3M[1]=1:

Comparator 2 output is Low.

Comparator 2 output is High.
