[4:3] CS OCP debounce time R/W These bits set the CS OCP debounce time. This value is the minimum time that the CS signal must be constantly above the ILIM threshold (set in Register 0xFE3E, Bits[7:5]). When the CS OCP debounce time is exceeded, all PWM outputs are disabled for the remainder of the switching cycle. TEMPERATURE HYSTERESIS REGISTER Table 124. Register 0xFE3F—Temperature Hysteresis Bits Bit Name R/W Description [7:0] Temperature hysteresis R/W These bits set the temperature (RTD) measurement hysteresis. The OT_FAULT flag is reset when the RTD ADC value is higher than the temperature fault limit plus hysteresis. The OT_WARN flag is reset when the RTD ADC value is higher than the temperature warning limit plus hysteresis. |
