example: hblock_size = 4; frame_cnt_max

= 8;

In each frame only one portion of the image

is being scored. The width of that portion is

2 ^ (3 + hblock_size) = 128 pixels and the

height is the full height of the image. Thus

the total scored area after 8 frames is

128*8 = 1024 pixels wide.
