Description:

This offsets the horizontal position of the input capture window. A positive number moves the capture

widow to the right and a negative number moves the input capture window to the left.

HPO only has meaning if the ZOOM bit in HCRES is 0.

If the value written to HPO is beyond the internally calculated limit, the maximum (or minimum in case of

a negative number) will be written back to the HPO register. An external processor can then read HPO to

determine if the last value written to HPO was beyond the limit.

NOTE: It can take up to 25ms for the internal micro-controller calculates the limits for HPO, VPO, HSS,

VSS, HPP, and VPP. These registers should not be read until 10ms after writing to any of these registers.
