Max frame size can be received and transmitted
by mac. If a packet's size larger than
MAX_FRAME_SIZE, it should be droped by mac.
The value is for normal packet, it should be
added 4 by mac if support VLAN, added 8 for
double VLAN, and added 2 for Atheros header.
