Use the Microsemi Timing Analyzer tool to evaluate clock skew specific to the design. 2. Parameters listed in this table correspond to the worst-case duty cycle distortion observable at the I/O flip flops. IBIS should be used to calculate any additional duty cycle distortion that might be caused by asymmetrical rise/fall times for any I/O standard.
