Table 5. Supply pins Supply Pin Symbol Description 64-pin 100-pin VREG control and power supply pins. Pins available on 64-pin and 100-pin packages BCTRL Voltage regulator external NPN ballast base control pin 31 47 VDD_HV_REG (3.3 V or 5.0 V) Voltage regulator supply voltage 32 50 ADC_0 reference and supply voltage.
