The address space is 64 kbytes in modes 1 and 3 (normal modes), and 16 Mbytes in mode 2 (advanced mode). The on-chip ROM capacity is 64 kbytes, but only 56 kbytes are available in mode 3 (normal mode). Do not access reserved area. For details, see section 6, Bus Controller. |
