234 / 402 page  Program Memory P R E L I M I N A R Y PS024604-1005 Z8 Encore!® Motor Control Flash MCUs Product Specification 212 Information Area Table 115 describes the Z8FMC16100 Series Flash MCU’s information area. This 512- byte information area is accessed by setting bit 7 of the Page Select Register to 1. When access is enabled, the information area is mapped into Program Memory and overlays the 512 bytes at addresses FE00h to FFFFh. When information area access is enabled, LDC instructions return data from the information area. CPU instruction fetches always arrive from Program Memory regardless of the information area access bit. Access to the infor- mation area is Read-Only. Figure 39.
