VCC and VCCQ can be applied simultaneously during power up, as long as VCCQ does not exceed VCC. • During the power down mode, reduce the VCCQ before VCC. VCC and VCCQcan be reduced simultaneously during power down, as long as VCCQ does not exceed VCC. • It is recommended to keep VCCQ VCC.
