IEEE Std 1149.1 test-access port (JTAG)

The test-access port consists of five terminals that are used to interface serially with the TNETX15VE package

for boundary-scan testing.

The TNETX15VE is fully JTAG compliant, with the exception of requiring external pullup resistors on the

following terminals: TDI, TMS, and TRST.

The following instructions, with their 3-bit opcodes, are supported by JTAG.
