33 / 276 page  PS022815-0206 Address Space Z8 Encore! XP® 4K Series Product Specification 14 Program Memory The eZ8 CPU supports 64KB of Program Memory address space. The Z8 Encore! XP® 4K Series devices contain 1KB to 4KB of on-chip Flash memory in the Program Memory address space, depending on the device. Reading from Program Memory addresses out- side the available Flash memory addresses returns FFH. Writing to these unimplemented Program Memory addresses produces no effect.
