This allows the input leakage effect to be reduced. P5DIDIS register 13.8 Port 6 Port 6 is an 8-bit port. If it is used for general purpose I/O, the direction of each line can be configured via the corresponding direction register DP6. Each port line can be switched into push-pull or open-drain mode via the open-drain control register ODP6. In the ST10F296E, SSC1 is implemented on pins P6.5, P6.6, and P6.7. When the module is enabled through the XPERCON register, the corresponding bits P6, DP6 and ODP6 are overwritten by the new XSSCPORT register (mapped on the XBus).
